We care about protecting the privacy of Users in our Service. This Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy contains information on the processing of personal data and the use of cookies in our website.
I. Processing of personal data
- This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data necessary for providing electronic services through the website in the domain amarant.work (hereinafter: the Service) is collected, processed, and stored.
- The controller of Users' personal data is A2 Arkadiusz Chłód (hereinafter: the Controller).
- Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR).
- Data collected by the Controller will be processed lawfully, for specified purposes, and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes; it will be accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed, and kept for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
II. Purpose and legal basis for processing data
- The Controller processes personal data necessary for providing and developing the services offered through the Service and its individual features.
- Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- registering an account, verifying the User's identity, and performing the agreement for the provision of electronic services in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, including in particular by enabling the use of a User account – based on acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- communicating with the User in order to provide necessary information and build a positive and reliable relationship, which constitutes the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- analytical and statistical purposes, based on the Controller's legitimate interest in verifying User activity and preferences in order to optimize services, products, and the Service's features (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- the possible establishment, investigation, or defense of claims, based on the Controller's legitimate interest in protecting its rights (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- In each of the cases listed above (point 2), providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude an agreement or use other features of the Service.
III. Period of processing personal data
- Personal data will be processed for as long as the person remains an active User of the Service (holds a User account), and after that time for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements or to establish, pursue, or defend against potential claims, but no longer than 3 years from the date the agreement for the provision of electronic services is terminated.
- Data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, provided that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
IV. Information about processing
- Depending on the purpose of processing, personal data may be disclosed to: entities affiliated with or cooperating with the Controller, subcontractors — in particular entities providing and operating selected IT systems and solutions, entities handling online payments, and entities providing courier and postal services.
- Personal data processed by the Controller will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
V. Rights of data subjects
- The User of the Service has the right to access the content of their personal data, to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to processing carried out on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal.
- The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they consider that the processing violates their rights and freedoms.
- The data processing does not involve automated decision-making, including profiling.

- The Service collects information using cookies – session, persistent, and third-party.
- Collecting cookies supports the proper provision of services in the Service and serves statistical purposes.
- The User may determine the scope of access of cookies to their device in the browser settings.
VII. Information about cookies
Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, that are stored on the User's end device and are intended for use with the Service's websites.
